Could this ruse be "Plan B", implemented because "Plan A" (Gonzalez taking the lead) isn't working? (Gonzalez is as painfully befuddled as his boss.) It's obvious that having "won" re-election, Bonehead's handlers have gone into full lame-duck mode two years early. They're not repeating the sound-bite terminology often enough for him to memorize and blast at David Gregory. The bad news? We get to see this Shit pretend to be smart for two more years.
