John McCain, “The Billion Dollar Man”

That is how much it will probably cost to have McCain elected. So where is this money coming from. Just weeks ago McCain was crying foul and trying to force Obama to take the Public Funding route. But low and behold McCain is all of a sudden ahead of Obama in fund raising. Last I heard McCain had $202,000,000 to Obama’s $152,000,000. So where do you think McCain’s support came from? Do you think rising oil prices might have something to do with it? I do. Every election cycle we go through this spike in oil prices. Bush was cheap compared to McCain. The Oil Companies have had to push gas prices up to $5.00 per gallon in order raise enough money to at least give McCain a chance at getting elected. What is despicable is that my money spent on energy will be going to support the candidate I loathe.
John McCain the hero? What bull crap. I have said it before and will say it again. John McCain got shot down. He failed in his mission. He was a failure so how does that translate into hero. His fellow prisoners wanted him charged with collaboration. He denounced his country. There is serious doubt as to the extent of his torture as compared to his fellow pilots. As a Viet Nam Veteran who knew real heroes I am insulted that John McCain is bestowed with such a title as hero.
John McCain suffers from the affects of Post Traumatic Syndrome. It is so obvious now especially with his inability to make any kind of reasonable decision. He is afraid to make decisions because he has made so many bad ones in the past. These decisions haunt him and now he wants to make us part of his nightmare. He wants us all to get shot down and be tortured because he thinks no one else can ever understand what he has endured. He can’t even decide what is and what is not torture anymore.
And oh yes, don’t forget his latest comments about how he knows how to win wars and that he has won wars. With that I rest my case. This is the making of a mad man and we just suffered for eight years under the leadership of a mad man. NO MORE. No McCain. My message is free. John McCain’s message will cost you a billion dollars. If you accept the message it will cost us America.

thanks. I had heard of it before and indeed posted some of it a while back. As scarey as it sounds I think the heady days of high flying neoconservatism hell bent on fascism and the nazificataion of America is over. I dont think the American People would tolerate a Dictator For Life at this point.
However, imagine if Bush had 60%+ approval ratings...then it might fly and that is a scarey thought. America and Americans have lost their way.

I have lost faith in most to stand up and take control. They will continue to roll over and what we think does not matter today but those of us who do speak up must continue to do so until we can hopefully get something positive done for our America and our future!
